A system designed for the construction of curtain walls with integrated inward opening windows
  • the outer surface is a flat glazed surface divided by vertical and horizontal lines - 22 mm wide (using weather proof silicone) or 28 mm wide (using system glazing gaskets)
  • Ponzio system windows may be used as filling
  • can be used triple glazed glass windows up to 70 mm
Aluminium profile:
  • EN AW-6060 . with EN 573-3, T66 temper . with EN 515, Al Mg Si 0,5 F22 . with DIN 1725 T1, DIN 17615 T1
Gaskets:
  • EPDM synthetic rubber . with DIN 7863 and ISO 3302-01,E2
Filling:
  • glass packets or opaque panels, thickness: for facade 28-70 mm, for windows 24-60 mm
Air permeability:
  • class EA1200
Watertightness:
  • class RE2550
Resistance to wind load:
  • 2400 Pa, E3600 Pa
Resistance to impact:
  •  class E5/I5
Thermal insulation:
  • UF from 1,3 W/m2 K, UCW/UW = 0,64 W/m2 K (W 1200 x H 2500 mm Ug = 0,5 W/m2 K, triple glazed glass).
Surface finish methods:
  • Coating of PE powder with QUALICOAT requirements, wide choice of RAL colours; colour annotation. with QUALANOD requirements wood effect coating — surface finishing with high anti-corrosion requirements
